  • Account data (email, sign-in provider ID) — created when you sign in via Email OTP, Google or Apple
  • App IDs and countries you search or analyze — used to fetch public reviews and cache results in your account
  • Subscription and credit balance data — synchronized with our payment provider (Paddle) or Apple, as applicable
  • Aggregated technical logs (browser, device, IP, timestamp) — used for security and performance monitoring

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the service
  • Improve product features and user experience
  • Manage subscriptions, credits, and billing
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. All data in transit is protected with HTTPS. Sensitive credentials (API keys, private keys) are stored in Google Secret Manager and never exposed to the client.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Revu AI. Each service has its own privacy policy:

  • Apple iTunes Search / RSS APIs — public App Store review data source
  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and Cloud Functions
  • Paddle — payment processing and Merchant of Record for web subscriptions
  • Vercel — website hosting and CDN
  • Anthropic Claude API — automated analysis engine (queries are processed server-side; no personal data is sent)

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functions (session, language preference, country preference). We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage these via your browser settings.
