1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Revu AI subscriptions and analysis credits made through our website. Payments and refunds on the web are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Purchases made through the iOS App are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund process.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a first-time Revu AI Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to the first subscription purchase per account and does not apply to renewal charges.

3. Subscriptions & Renewals

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the management link in your Paddle receipt email.
  • After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before your renewal date. If you were charged unexpectedly, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

4. Analysis Credit Packs (One-Time)

  • One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if none of the credits from that pack have been used.
  • Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack is non-refundable.
  • Credits have no cash value and are only usable within Revu AI.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order or receipt ID. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Statutory Rights

Consumers in the EU, UK and other regions may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Note that by starting to use the service or consuming credits, you may be asked to acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately, which can affect this withdrawal right. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
