1. Service Description
Revu AI ("we", "our", or the "Service") is a Business Intelligence software that provides App Store review data analytics for app developers. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree NOT to:
- Abuse or over-use APIs in a way that affects service stability
- Automate bulk data scraping outside the scope of the Service's UI or documented endpoints
- Use the analytics for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or breach security measures
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions on the web are billed through our payment provider Paddle, which serves as the Merchant of Record. iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple. Prices and features are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. First-time Pro subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated queries and publicly sourced review data) are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without express permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy. App Store data is sourced from Apple Inc., and we are not responsible for its accuracy or completeness.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms apply globally. Consumer protection rights that are mandatory in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights) are not affected by these Terms. Disputes may be resolved via Paddle's dispute resolution process for payment-related matters.
