What kind of product is Revu AI?▾
Revu AI is Business Intelligence software for app developers. Its core function is fetching publicly available user review data from Apple's App Store and producing statistical reports and dimensional analytics. Serves iOS / Android app development teams, product managers and growth teams. Does not generate content, is not a chatbot, is not an app marketplace.
How are credits counted?▾
Reports consume credits per run. One single-app report = 10 credits; one similar-app comparison = 20 credits (+5 per additional app). Free gives 20 credits/month (≈ 2 reports). Pro gives 500 credits/month (≈ 50 single-app or 25 comparison reports).
Do credits expire at month end?▾
Monthly allowance resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC. Unused monthly credits do NOT roll over. Credits purchased in packs are permanent (do not expire).
I subscribed to Pro on iOS — do I need to buy again for web?▾
No. Pro subscription via Apple in-app purchase is synced to your account. Log in on the web with the same account and you have Pro access.
What payment methods do you support?▾
Web supports credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/AmEx), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are processed by a third-party checkout provider; we never see card data. iOS uses Apple in-app purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?▾
Manage your subscription from the Account page, or via the management link in the receipt email you received at checkout. Cancelling does not refund the current period; Pro access continues until the current billing period ends.
